N8N Personal Assistant is a private, self-hosted automation instance operated by a single individual for their own use. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties. No accounts can be created and no other users exist.
The application may be used only by its operator, and only to process the operator's own correspondence in mailboxes the operator owns and has explicitly connected.
Access to a Google Account is granted by the operator through Google's standard consent screen and may be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. Revocation immediately ends the application's ability to access that account.
The application prepares drafts and summaries only. It does not send, delete, or alter messages on the operator's behalf without an explicit action by the operator.
The application runs on private hardware and carries no availability guarantee. It may be stopped, reconfigured, or removed at any time without notice.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. As it has no users other than its operator, no liability toward third parties arises from its operation.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
